People should be fined for missing GP appointments and inappropriate attendances at A&E. That's a start! And then every person who tells a clinician to f*** off should apologise and buy the unit doughnuts.

Years of under funding of the NHS and social care is only part of the reason. The other reason, which the media isn't addressing, are the public who think they have a "right" to be treated. No GP appt so they turn up in A&E, even though it's a viral illness. I'd fine them for misuse!
