I too get cursed when I stop paying attention, mostly by the Doomscroll and customer complaints. Can't relate so much to farming Humanity, recently I have felt I am the one farmed

The game pretends it's a slower paced DMC where you can just outskill the big thing, but the reality is you're playing a survival sim that they cut out the cruft of the farming and fishing from the older games to where all that's left is killing small monsters to make gear that beats the big monster

Monster hunter has always been terrible at communicating that the annoying parts of it are meant to be noticed and countered ahead of time. They want you to realize something's slippery and bring traps, tanky = bring friends, annoying mechanic = bring armor that counters it.

3. if you wanna "git gud", do your due dilligence. There's video guides for anything with a decent following, there's ways to learn without taking on the game head-on. Just remember that people will still be whiny babies regardless of how much work you do to help them.
