It would be wrong to question the supreme courts judgment if said judgement was based on hearing evidence from all concerned sides and evidence from impartial medical professionals. I suspect if that had happened, we probably wouldn't be questioning it.

It's not even about taxing the wealthy yet. Just for a start, make them pay the tax they owe. That pays for the disability part of the benefit spend, with change left over.
