We never discussed the materials in depth but I imagined some lighter and resistant tarp, with better heat isolation. The structures you can see in the background of the image that shows one assembled up close. I imagined to be some light metal alloy with resistant polymers as joints/connections. :)

Ah so glad you liked it!! There was thought put into how they would build the housing quickly, so I designed in a way that looks modular, almost like (giant) camping tents 😊
