Denizli is a honest, hardworking, blue collar city. Besides Pamukkale. Denizli is know for textiles, marble, and roosters. Roosters have been a symbol of Denizli for well over 900 years. I love they build this fountain in the centre of their city. It's the largest glass sculpture in Turkiye

Bonus pic: these pools are hot and rich in minerals. Did amazing things for my feet. I can see why people in ancient times came here for "therapy". After bathing and some Turkish hospitality, I can't imagine anyone feel bad.

Played tourists today. Haven't been to Pamukkale in,.. Oof, maybe a decade. This is not snow. It's calcium carbonate. The water is hot from the thermal springs.

I'm freak'n out! I need help from the photography community. I'm leaving for 3 weeks to visit Elif's family in Turkiye. What film should I bring? All of this is entirely too much. I mean film wise. I'm very excited to see them. Any and all help greatly appreciated

Our yatch club is a Not-for-profit Sailing Co-op. We don't have staff or cranes. We all get together and push/pull all the boats in/out of the water. We've been doing it this way since 1889.

Dear @stephenking.bsky.social, I'm so sorry. I got your book. I'm supper excited to read it. But you see, it's the exact thickness I needed to raise my film carrier so I can scan my 35mm negatives. I've tried all the other books in our home. None stack up like yours. Thank you for the support
