Out of curiosity what're your specs? I heard BL4 is pretty tough to run even on top end hardware.

NGL working out did this for me as much as I hated it. It was a good time to kind of mentally clean house. The key I found is to make sure to eat extra to counter the calories lost. I'd go work out for an hour then absolutely gorge myself afterwards.

Keychron is my go to for boards, buy it barebones. Then for switches I love Akko Jelly blacks, or Matcha Greens. Then key caps are up to you on looks.
