A demonstration is easier than explaining. Tho at 600 sitting the handles started really to dig into my belly. For you who has way more of his total bodyfat in his overhang it might be difficult to operate but i guess you could also use it with them detached.

I got one of these. I dont use it with the handles i just wrap the stockings as you should over em and then stand up and slide my foot in. Like that i can put them on in like 10sec.

Left one taken in mid december already fell below so maybe 590, left now at 470. i think my belly just hangs as low, i just kinda deflated wich makes me look less bulky. But i think im still hella fat :D))
