I know what you mean, I hate it. I always try to be respectful because even if something has been out for a long time there's always going to be someone that will experience it for their first time.

You can play it solo, but some of the higher difficulties will be challenging without other people. In my experience randoms are usually chill, although sometimes they do get frustrated and kick.
