Just tried to let Morrisons know that their Beef flavoured potato sticks were mislabeled as they contained plain ones.
Phone operative refused to speak to me as I'm not the account holder.
Not the best customer service!

The same old Tory mantra
Today I received my refund for an incorrect ULEZ charge.
No explanation, just a cheque for the amount.
It will now cost me £3.30 (by bus) or £5 (parking) to get to a bank to pay it in.
Not really the result I was looking for.
They took it by direct debit, why can't they pay it back the same way?

I live in the London ULEZ & I have registered for d/d payments for a non compliant vehicle.
On the August statement there was a charge at 00.00hrs on the 31st August.
I challenged it as the vehicle was not used within the zone at that time.
It has been refunded.
Check your statements & keep a log.

Still can't believe that 24% of those polled STILL think that the crime syndicate currently occupying Downing Street are worth voting for.
