He had two tests run by two accredited labs, both returned male results. His coach admitted it. Now Khelif refuses to take another test.

Okay, found a pic in my photo library that shows those features. Hopefully helpful to you! I keep wanting to get a good macro lens for this kind of thing, but phone did the job here - pale cap edging and white webbing ('reticulation' is the fancy term) on a penny bun.
