I saw an animal shaped bag on my front porch. Very cute. Except it’s filled with poop. Not only did no one make a balloon animal from this I’m now seeing shapes in the form of #2.

I’ve been reading books from my formative years most recently. Remembering and reinforcing who I am as a person. Right now I feel (and have felt for some time) that there are numerous groups striving for chaos and division.

I remembered today that creating art is of course its own form of resistance. Plus the universe almost without certainty does not need our work and yet depends on it just the same. Time to roll up some sleeves. :)

In my house we are elder goths and as such have started collecting things like funerary lamps.They are notoriously difficult to find replacement bulbs for said lamps.
