I've come so far, socially I no longer feel isolated constantly & people get the real me

I've made new friendships over the last year & I genuinely found a friend for life in one

While I struggle some days & I've had a very rough few weeks I am so happy with where I have got

While things are not always easy for me I look back on the last year positively.

Despite my issues and despite having limited physical transformation compared with the first 12 months this year is overall one of the best years I have ever had.

I have had lots of ups and downs over the last 12 months both in weight but mainly my mental health but I am still making progress and have started therapy.

Over the second 12 months I have pushed my fitness and stamina, continued working on my mental health side of food issues and started getting into a balance that I hope will last me going forward

Also wild Robot, Flow and Transformers One.
No, I don't care that they are showings designed for kids in school holidays. A good movie is a good movie.

Well... unless I forgot any that is all of them so far.

Will add to the list as I finish them(and remember)
