They're even better in person! The colors remind me of the old TV color bars and the sparkles remind me of the static.

Good idea on the test swatch, I'm a non gauge swatch type of girlie if that tells you anything, but with the time I've put into this shawl, major shrinkage is the last thing I want!

Absolutely! I always wash my pieces after they are finished but they are usually acrylic and can handle a good wash and dry.
