They are real MRIs, and might show something. But they are charging you a lot of money for something that is unlikely to show anything of value, and will conclude that you are completely healthy.

I am not a cardiologist radiologist, but 5 mins with Google suggests the most likely reason to do cardiac magnetic resonance is to look for heart muscle tissue damage following a heart attack. Taking the statement at face value suggests they didn’t see major scarring so attack likely minor.
