If you're using Roll20, you will in fact see seemingly impossible sequential dice rolls with some regulatory.

There are also four excellent (though non-canonical) volumes on Ducks under the name "Duckpac" on Drive Thru RPG.

And if you don't like Ducks, you can just not use them in your games. They don't break my immersion, but I understand how they could break yours.
