Honestly, you could just use 936p instead. There's hardly a noticeable difference and it'd allow anyone with a slower connection to more easily view the streams

You could look into something like a capture card, especially if you have a two-pc streaming setup. I would assume you're meaning playing at 1440p but keeping your content streamed at 1080p?
