menu scrolling is now functioning properly! I was having an issue where the stupid scrolling wouldn't confine to the bar but we got there! not many tasks left before we have mostly full functionality and I can work on assets :3

I think for the tutorial I will have my character cherry explaining everything to you, I'd love to have her in the game and I think it would be super cute!

making some test HUD for some visual indication while I work on the button/UI functionality! so far just the quit button works, next is having the menus/categories scroll, then implementing the slots and ability to save your outfits to any 5 slots!
