3a/ Community standards are ontollogically embedded in the self-regulatory technological infrastructure developed by social media companies for content moderation. They were not designed to be external communication tools.

2/ Significant changes would be required to comply with Art. 14. If these changes occur, they could have an impact beyond the EU, as non-EU countries could see changes in social media policies as a result of the DSA requirements.

1/ At present, Facebook's standards do not comply with the requirements of Article 14 DSA. This article is a good illustration of the efforts of the EU to incorporate human rights-inspired processes into content moderation.
