Reminds me of when I ended up leaving my last call centre job. I was moved teams and being trained. The way I was being trained was “We’ve been told we can put the phone down on customers if there’s a bad line” and my trainer proceeded to do it like 6x in a row. I couldn’t stop thinking about how -

It was well overdue! I’ve had hair down to my thighs for so long. But realistically it just gets stuffed under a hat all day and requires so much time and care. I wasn’t taking care of it and it was making me feel real gross. I feel so much lighter and less warm
