The people of Minneapolis are true American heros, but all these things are distracting from things like the rising rate of foreclosures. I find myself at 73 with no job, money or hope. H1b was weaponized against us in IT by corporations reducing costs. It has been too long for me & I need to end it

To not confuse things, h1b visa program is not immigration, it is a guest worker program and a lot of good people are here
because of it. It is the weaponization of it by corp America that has hurt American citizens. A responsible bill would have included safeguards and help for displaced workers

Not only AI, the corporate clowns took so many jobs away from IT techs using h1b, destroyed so many careers. They said America did not have the tech talent which was a blatant lie, it was to cut wages. I have lived through this hell and it destroyed my life.
