That was surprisingly funny! The general audience seems to like it better than the critics. My cousin, who is a hardcore Wicked fan, thought that Ariana’s acting was better in this one. He didn’t like the pacing and movie overall as much as the first one though.

I liked that the scores were more mixed. It gave more variety to the opinions. I’ve heard a lot of good things about the movie. We’ll have to check it out at some point soon. Thankfully, someone said Arnold! I’m actually surprised more people didn’t say him. Danny Glover got a nice shoutout too.

Repeating a section multiple times doesn’t work for a tense movie like this. It works better in a mystery setting like in Weapons where you learn more each time.

That’s a fair assessment. The Favourite is an interesting and very underrated choice for your top Yorgos/Emma movie. Most people I’ve talked to say Poor Things is their favorite.

That sounds underwhelming. We haven’t seen Ares yet. I feel like this movie is more exciting for people who like the theater experience or haven’t seen any of the other Trons before.

I get that sub-genre being less interesting. Some home invasion movies are fine like The Purge. We’ve only watched the first Strangers from back in 2008. Haven’t watched any of the other ones after.
