And that feature is on the web version only. The mobile app requires the user to access the following feed via a drop down menu but the choice doesn’t stick even after navigating away for a few minutes.

It’s useless. You can switch to your “following” feed but it doesn’t stick. Even after you click on a link & leave for a few minutes it resets to the default feed. Same with the timeline itself. Click away, go back after a couple of minutes, the whole feed resets & you lose your place. Maddening.

It’s always a possibility in jury trials but it can go either way — e.g. a jury in *LA* said Elon didn’t defame a random man he called a “pedo” on Twitter (he was not a pedo).
