If there were a need or demand for a 50-year mortgage, these would have been available from lenders decades ago, after all, a 50-year mortgage would cost the borrower 2x in interest what a 30-year mortgage costs in interest…

So this makes absolutely no sense…insurance is what I pay into to protect against the ridiculously high cost of healthcare. Healthcare is a monopoly resulting in unchecked out of control cost. Healthcare insurance is a for-profit business that should not be determining a person’s healthcare needs!

Just to be clear…The term ‘invest’ in business is very ambiguous, and pay versus invest are two completely different things. They need to clarify first, is it pay or invest? If it’s not ‘pay fines’ then how do you ‘invest in fines’?
