Yes, I don’t disagree, and that makes them worse now. It could be that Bush v Gore ends up as the worst given what it allowed the Right to do with the courts. Certainly agree it is the most corrupt (and shouldn’t have been heard as a political question in the first place imo)

It’s not the worst, but it’s the one that has had the longest reach. Both Plessy and Dredd Scott were at least either abrogated or overruled eventually. Nothing will undo the harm caused by Bush v Gore (and the circus it has left in its wake)

One of the actual reasons housing is so expensive is because there was a run on housing after the bubble burst for investment properties, and then when rates dropped to historically low rates. Now affordable properties are being used as rentals or Airbnb properties. Oh & don't forget the GREED.

Additionally, the Dems and GOP will take the talking points form the new party and make it their own, making the need for a new party seem unnecessary. Given our form of elections and representation, a third party remains a pipe dream.

He should need to sit for and pass the Bar and the MPRE just like the other law students seeking admission. He clearly needs the refresher on the law and ethics.
