When i tell my friends/ neighbors/ clients what the median income is in my area they fall over dead. Ok not dead but still incredulous that means a new "low income" unit wld be >3k. If you are moving from a place you have lived 5+yrs, your rent may go up 30-60%!

My 11 year old sweet baby, an orange and white cat, sleeping on a pillow in the corner of the couch looking for all the world like he might have been planning to do something and then he just fell asleep. His head is hanging forward and tilted down but not resting on anything and does not look comfortable
