Don't, like, go crazy but if you also eat too little it'll make your body go into starvation mode, so it will work to store more fat. D= Eating is dumb, it's s stupid system and evolution should be ashamed of itself, imo, but yeah... don't let it get you too down. Chickpea anything is a smart move!

So, chickpea pasta with its tons of fiber, tons of protein, and many other health benefits counts as a complex carb, just so you know. I recently learned that while sussing out my own diet. As you know, complex carbs (good) and simple carbs (bad) affect blood sugar differently, so you can have more.

The only three holidays I do are Yom Kippur, Hanukkah, and the biggest, most importantest holiday of them all - a Very Special Poliday!!! XD Which is a holiday I made up 3 years ago as an excuse to gather up my polycule and feast.

I don't celebrate Thanksgiving or Christmas for personal reasons related to trauma. That being said, I do think that decorations of any sort are fun and bring me joy; mine go up around the beginning of November. My purple nondenominational holiday shrub pleases me, and colorful lights are pretty. =3
