Early Bronze Age pottery from the site on Rerun Island, located in the watercourse of the Dnipro River. The cultural attribution is the subject of a debate. It could be Yamnaya culture, Catacomb culture or even Corded Ware.

The Ingul Catacomb culture pot (2600-2200 BC) from the collection of the Kryvyi Rih museum of local history. Due to the regular missile strikes on the city, the museum has hidden its collection in the vault, so such pictures are a rare opportunity to see its artefacts.

One of six early Yamnaya culture vessels known from the Mykolaiv region of Ukraine. Kurgan burial Pryvilne 1/4.
Due to the paleoDNA revolution, there is an increased interest in the Yamnaya Culture, but few Western archaeologists actually saw that actual Yamnaya Materials live or in colour 😅

Oleksandr Buhai, one of the schoolboys who found in 1973 an Early Bronze Age Kernosivsky idol. On the right - Oleksandr poses near the chart he and his friends used to transport the statute from the field to the village. Fifty years later, the chart is functional. What a long life 😁
