Welp. Truck had a very mild misfire. Figured since it had around 230k miles I'd do spark plugs to see if that would fix it. Now its fine at idle but misfires hard when accelerating.
I might've just cost myself a lot of money. Will look into again tomorrow. Hopefully just a wire not plugged in fully

I'm seeing a rise in the amount of "lil' mom and pop studios just having to use AI, tee-hee" and the same argument that they're just 'a little guy'.
It doesn't matter if one person steals your paycheck, or if its an organization that does it, it's taking people's shit to benefit yourself.

This is unfortunately true, and more people need to know it. I work in animated series, and there is *nothing* on the horizon for us right now. I used to have a team of 4, and at our peak I had 3-8 shows just myself to manage. Now it’s just me with 1 show. When that’s done early next year… ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I had to be brief to cut down on character count but yes. What fans don't realize is that the animation industry is on life support with a faint pulse. If things don't change soon the only content being made will be gen-AI slop.
