Then what you probably need is time for those "filler" ideas to come to you, even if it take years. They might even pop into your head when you least expect it.

I think the best way to go about your writing is to just start with a bad draft, and then have someone look at what you've written so they can help you improve it.

I couldn't agree more. That's why I once had to cut ties with someone for doing just that; it doesn't feel right to me either.

Don't blame ya for giving up on McDonald's; they've really gone downhill in recent years (though their Egg McMuffins are still enjoyable). That's why I prefer to hit up local restaurants instead.

Apparently, hate is something that's taught; a lot of it comes down to whoever raised such hateful people and the things they had their heads filled with.
