Haven’t been outside outside like that since my dad passed away and finally went for dinner and drinks with my childhood besties last night and I woke up this morning thanking the universe for the abundance in love. So very grateful for it I could cry…!

Was having a long talk with my friend and former colleague in TV Production who’s struggling so badly to find work she’s doing temp jobs in other industries to pay the bills and it’s really affecting her negatively. So sad to see.

Had enough of the crazy rapid weight gain from Mirtazapine so decided to stop it cold turkey, currently awake at 2am not sleepy at but no regrets. That weight gain is no joke.
