I love your work, but this is such a cop out. The reason most players, at least the many I've encountered, enjoyed Dragon Age was creating interesting world states and seeing how sparing certain characters or letting them die shaped the world! Not seeing any follow through is disappointing.

First of all, I do love both you and Mary Kirby's work. But truly hope you were just being evasive about answering just to surprise us later with the knowledge that the choices we made in the previous games actually matter. Like, that is the appeal of Dragon Age games, isn’t it?

It's extremely funny seeing this and what Trick Weekes said, coming from writers whose characters return and play major roles in more than one game. "Yeah, sorry guys, we couldn't do anything interesting with the game because we had to protect our fans from the conflict we would write if we did 🥰"
