does #indiesky exist, or was it always a lie?
I didn't know you could tweet from minimum security. He must be serving an alternative sentence.

Maybe they have him hanging suits at goodwill for his community.

Aren't there a limit on counterarguments and counter motions? It looks like the judge didn't rule on anything except one motion to extend a deadline?

The drafts don't seem consistent with a single author. Riddle's motions aren't well put together but they are extremely thorough in other regards.

Either,

1. The suit is a thought experiment made by Law students?

2. Riddle is employing the aid and help of other volunteer writers!

popular or representative of most people. It's how fear works - it's an illusion - it's real too, not downplaying the risks to folks at all.

But, part of it works and propaganda (and why it must be used by powers like that) is because it's easy to bombard, keep you in that state, and disoriented-

Again, not to wash away concerns.

Just a reminder too.

Also another reminder in case you need it as the lights get dimmer in places:

You matter. You're loved. You belong.

You do.

I have spoken.

Even if he had substantial proof of a copyright and/or privacy violation section 230 protects the defense.

He should have come up with a more creative strategy if he really wanted to stop the impersonation.

He doesn't have any technical analysis. Everything was a user side screen pull, no deeper program or coding insight.

Due diligence applies to pro se litigants too, and no legalism is going to disarm a billion dollar company.

Did you read page 44? Not only is Twitter sabotaging his mobile device, but CourtNet is sabotaging the drop-down menu 😅😅😅

Freaky.

They should throw it out already. This is a big corporate lawsuit and it demands public interest, not a quack job.

This again? I blocked that guy for getting on me about Biden.

Bye Loonies! 👍

42 U.S.C. § 1985 protects everybody equally from conspiracy under the law. From the petis juror to the US Marshall. We are all equal under the law, no qualification excepted.

You should sue Kent for putting him on. he is definitely liable for the civil action, which would make it illegal to side with a party. 🦜

Sounds like a terrible idea. Iran is a sovereign nation, violating that and it's an act of war.
