Hiked 8 miles today near home bidding my time until I can return to backpacking the A.T.

Today was a good day. Hiked 8 miles with Millie my dog from Fancy Gap on the Blue Ridge to Fancy Gap proper. Killing time until I can get back to backpacking the A.T.

Learning curve!!

Looks like I'll have to commit to an 18 mile hike A.T. tomorrow in order to have two viable access points. So ready for a big snow melt.
