Brave uses upstream scriptlets from uBO, which also counters YT ads also. Brave isn't alone. Brave benefits from the adblock community, and any updates and fixes come from here.

Given YT ads is a moving target, its their platform and they will go through phases to counter adblock. No way to prevent this, but the fight continues. Currently Brave blocks the YT ads, and it'll stay this way until YT decides they want to fight again.

Also to remove twitch ads, Enable Experimental list in brave://settings/shields/filters We'll eventually have it default, but for testing its safe to enable

Brave support here, not unique error. Not specific a browser issue. Just try clearing the cookies and cache
