My new favorite hobby is trolling the comment sections of Facebook news articles and responding to bigoted men with "quiet, piggy".

It has been a tumultuous time, and today, I had the blessed opportunity to slow down. I did some yoga, I wrote some poetry, I spent some time outside, and I dug into my herbal craft for the first time in a while. Now there's a peaceful, cleansing rain falling. And I feel refreshed.

Finished #SunriseOnTheReaping last night- Su. Zanne. Damn. Collins. You are a true master of storytelling. Phenomenal.

I haven't stayed up past my bedtime to read in a while, and what an occasion it is. I waited eagerly to be transported back to Panem, and Collins never disappoints! I don't care how old I am, I'm a lifetime Hunger Games nerd.

I was let go from my job today. I've been writing for Insight Into Diversity for just over a year, and now I'm kissing my dream job goodbye and filing for unemployment. This is life under #authoritarianism

Accommodations designed for people with #disabilities often benefit everyone. Examples include captioning, visual instructions, and remote work options, according to a professor of disability studies: https://buff.ly/3CVmteh

Why including people with disabilities in the workforce and higher education benefits everyone
For one thing, the presence of employees with disabilities improves the culture of the entire organization, making it more collaborative and responsive.
