Yes, all of this! I have RA and do all the things western medicine tells me too. But my doc said, sure, try acupuncture, try other things to help. It’s not about one or the other. It’s about the right combo for you. And yes I’m so grateful she’s my doctor!

Same over here but it hit 3 weeks ago. What gets me is she’s over it in a few days and I’m stuck with something on the edge of an upper respiratory infection for 3 weeks ☹️
