There is no Federal crime of "sedition." It is "seditious conspiracy," kind of like Jan. 6th. The penalty is "not more than 20 years." There is a statute on treason with penalties of from 5 years up to death, (not likely). The courts have construed Treason very narrowly.

Magas & Trump are so ignorant. Sedition is insurrection (Jan 6, anyone?) Treason is levying war against the U.S. or giving aid to its enemies in war. By statute treason can be punishable with 5 years UP TO death. The latter would be rare, you'd have to be a real Benedict Arnold.

He said he wants a trial, but any defendant in his right mind is better off getting a case tossed before trial. Cheaper also. Imagine the cost of paying his high-priced counsel to pick a jury & try this dog.

He struck just the right note. Defiant on the issue of free speech, contemptuous of Carr and Trump. And he never apologized. He did say that he would never make fun of the murder of a young man.

The FBI wanted to wait to bust him because the case would be stronger if Trump won and he got a position. Huh? Like Trump's DOJ would prosecute? He'd get pardoned anyway.

What's his contract? Many have morals clauses but I doubt what he said would trigger that. So I'd assume they have to pay him the balance of his contract even if they never let him back?

Sam thanks for talking sense on MJ today on Wash DC. Joe is really in the tank for Trump. Look at yesterday, when they had a reporter from NBC on re the investigations into Schiff & James. He would not even participate or be anywhere near the set. No comment.

Funny how Joe and Mika today ran away so fast when David Rohde of NBC was on discussing the investigation into Shiff and James. After the Accord of Mara Lago they want no part of that story.

Depends on how bad it's scratched or torn. I had it twice and it was one of the most painful things ever and took quite a while to heal. Now they put a clear patch over it like a contact instead of a white cloth thing.
