It's hard but it's important to remember that just being there, just listening and understanding, means more to most than they can express. Theres nothing worse, nothing that feels worse, than not being there to listen to someone that needs you to be there, whether they admit it or not.

The hardest thing is wishing you could do more and give more than you can, but sometimes it's important to remember you have to prioritize yourself above everything else sometimes.
