I've seen that type or art once or twice but didn't know it was a specific person asking for it. Reminds me of the wonder bread guy.

It was one of my hopes with Xenoblade X since it's a JRPG and there was a lot of focus on the mechs in the marketing. Then Hawken Reborn was shaping up to be a free roam mech game. However they failed to stick the landing.
