This part of his response is so out-of-touch with reality. Twitch has a reporting category called "ban evasion" for a reason and the reason is that it's not always so simple to keep people from "not bothering you"
"I do think that when you’re livestreaming, in many ways, since you control your community and you can ban people, you can make it so that those people that you don’t want engaging with you and participating with you, aren’t there," he added. "When I use other short-form content and people say all sorts of stuff, well I can't stop that. But when I livestream, they basically don't bother me.

So this is shitty, but it might be because of the US-only stipulation. Someone just brought this to my attention. Apparently they don't allow you to use Paypal for nsfw purchases outside the US. That they're doubling-down on it now is still really bad and I AM going to call them, but...

Davis' petition argues the issue of marriage should be treated the same way the court handled the issue of abortion in its 2022 decision to overturn Roe v Wade. She zeroes in on Justice Clarence Thomas' concurrence in that case, in which he explicitly called for revisiting Obergefell. The justices "should reconsider all of this Court's substantive due process precedents, including Griswold, Lawrence, and Obergefell," Thomas wrote at the time, referring to the landmark decisions dealing with a fundamental right to privacy, due process and equal protection rights.
