I don’t blame other girls who do/did only wait a year for BA, but in the grand scheme of things, that’s the HRT equivalent of *just* starting puberty. That’s basically no time at all.

Like I genuinely thought I was going to have to get a BA just to have tits proportional to my frame because of that. That and the WPATH guidelines only recommend waiting a year on HRT before getting breast augmentation. Like fuck gatekeeping, but also like, only a year??

As someone living on provincial disability support, I barely get enough for rent+bills, even splitting it 3 ways, so I guess I’m staying chronically skinny until my gf and I move in together and are properly dual income. The Canada disability benefit is helping a bit, but not much.
