Art of Papa V Perpetua inspired by a well-known illustrated poster of the movie Dracula 1931. Papa wearing his tall hat and dressed in all black stands in the middle with his bat-inspired wings spread wide, the surface used as a poster with his name and a few vampire slogans on it that are from the original movie advert.

One year ago I made this illustration, which I still love. It came from a simple desire to design an art nouveau style throne in oxidised metal because I love that greenish-grey colour. #thebandghost
Vertical illustration, lineart style. It shows Cardinal Copia in a white tails suit, leaning against a wrought-iron seat in oxidized bronze, appearing verdigris, on which sits a desiccated body, most of the skeleton visible and the flesh shrivelled into folds and drips. The mummy's garments are torn, and appear to be antique in style, as she wears a lace collar around her neck. She also wears a crown with a green jewel on her forehead. The seat is in art nouveau style and partially covered with climbing ivy. Among the ivy there are also a few bindweed flowers emerging from the foliage. As the cardinal holds the Zombie Queen's hand in his, a half-smile in his face, the mummy seems to come back to life, an eyeball gleaming in her left eye socket. In the top right-hand corner, a slightly modified Art Nouveau-inspired ornament, and a pale green caligraphy saying ‘Zombie Queen’ in large letters. Underneath, two lines of text in much smaller characters read: Once a majesty, now exposing bone.
