worth it to go to the office today: bought the tiniest cutest hedgehog earring (there was just one) from a coworker
Tiny silver hedgehog between my thumb and forefinger. Part of a silver chain can be seen dangling between my fingers, the point where it attaches to the earring’s back is hidden.

dear diary, today i went to enjoy the outside and the warmth, even though the warmth tries to kill me. saw interesting clouds and an interesting bridge being built. waded in the sea. it was warm, too.

more good news: i grew peas! the harvest is still very tiny (as are the plants, i think they didn’t like the rainy cold start to the summer we had) but these two and half peas tasted amazing

it’s that time of the year when i get to eat my favorite weird traditional seasonal treat: mämmi [ˈmæmːi]. a sweetened baked rye porridge thingy, eaten cold with cream (and milk to make it less heavy), for some reason associated with easter

i didn’t have ”have something i’ve created exhibited in a museum” on my bucket list, but if i had, i could now cross it off the list! (an ingame letter i wrote for the Odysseus larp is exhibited at the Finnish Museum of Games)

my place of employment got new screens for the office and they just gave us the old ones to take home. i am in love with my new cozy work corner. hoping that will make being employed a little more bearable :P
