We made it once during the first part of lockdown. It involves mixing a lot of sugar and vinegar into very finally beaten egg and then using a special pan to cook it very thin and then fold it over itself many times, kind of like beating a katana together.

I think what’s gonna bring this all crashing down is that consumers may be amused and curious about AI, but when the rubber meets the road I have a hard time believing they are going to want to pay for the experience when these companies want to recoup their staggering investment.
