I authorise use of my content for racing/sim racing content with AI. I'm not scared of the big AI revolution. I'm going to avoid posting anything that AI could use to get my passwords, etc. all on my own like a big boy internet user. I recommend that to others.

And lastly, Carlos is smart and feisty. That's perfect for Qatar, a track with minimal overtaking due to downforce and dirty air.

McLaren hasn't brought successful updates. Ferrari hasn't needed successful updates. I seem to remember them winning the first race after summer break despite not bringing any updates, while McLaren brought the most updates and got my hopes up for a non-Max championship.

I think Ferrari might get the constructors' championship, really. They've simply got the better high downforce car for the majority of points this weekend, considering the sprint, rather than Abu Dhabi, with no sprint. Plus, Ferrari might be fast at Abu Dhabi, too.

Well, he will keep trying. RB will naturally try to find the best rivals to him, because they'll score more points that way. Eventually someone will be better. He can't promise anything other than a concerted, strong effort.

Hmmmm, I didn't know that. I instruct in a decommissioned Lamborghini SuperTrofeo that everyday people can rent for a business here in Canada and I did not know that there were 4 classes. What are they?

I'd go GT4, I'm currently really enjoying it, and it's not filled with unreasonable aliens like TCR. GR Cup is a reasonable soft reset start IMO, and should be rookie instead of MX-5

I am genuinely curious what an IndyCar driver workout routine looks like. I can't imagine the neck forces of Indy 500. I want to be that fit for my own racing career, even though I'll likely only go up to Canadian national level at the highest.

I guess you need to get in as a team member or driver or something then. Get involved somehow. Volunteer as a flag marshal??

What are your favourite exercises for racing drivers? As in, what do you recommend to other racing drivers?

I no longer only get the opportunistic passes and overtakes from people making mistakes. I'm actually moving forward in races with race craft and on track, lap time overtakes. The me from 3, maybe 4 years ago would be proud.

Focus on solidifying your strengths first, then hide, cover up, or fix your weaknesses. You'll come out a better person in the end, but you'll never look that bad because hey, you've got a solid foundation of strengths to build on.

Tonight, though, I ran that 1:37.5 in iRacing's Aston Martin Vantage GT4 at Red Bull Ring - a lap time that just two days ago I was scoffing at, claiming it would be impossible. I'm finding pace. I'm improving on this aspect without losing the race craft/race pace. I'm stoked.
