Possibly. He playacts as a president though, and is not aware of what presidential duties are. So I'd bet he is simply bored at this meeting.

I agree, if for no other reason like his stink, bottle throwing and infantile tantrums, his constant belly up w/war criminals, he's a pos pedo, Congress votes against him except for one Clay Higgins (R) and 3 dems didn't vote at all, says a lot. He is despised and a world-class laughing stock.

I doubt they possess an means of editing besides hindsight, when they go "ah shite!" I think of Fox "News" as this: one using them to support any argument is identical to the mentally slow saying "I'm a Marine Biologist... because I watch SpongeBob SquarePants on Fox".
