I genuinely hope these countries uphold their laws.

What an utter disgrace of our justice system.

It's SO hard not to fall into that rabbit hole. I know some people feel obligated to speak up in these moments, but ultimately, sometimes, first and foremost, you have to take care of your well-being before fighting for others.
