well they specifically say instances with public registration hosted in that specific region. there's a lotta ways around all those conditions (find one in a different country, join/host your own private one, etc)

i certainly have a couple complaints with it as someone that, uh, has spent *quite* a lotta time in field ops lets say lol (that i could get into if you'd like me to). but yeah there's def been just 'hrr field ops bad' 'it's just reskinned fate grinding?' 'relics having an actual grind=bad' as well
