I have to agree, the US is creating internal healthcare refugees. People living in border states to areas with well resourced and advanced healthcare systems should be allowed to access them, regardless of ability to pay. This is what makes a barron great and resilient, not fighting over scraps.

I (cis-man) work in nursing, a profession notorious for overwork. Despite 90% of nurses being women, there is so little flexibility for new moms in scheduling, part time work & childcare. We are about 20% unionized nationwide mostly concentrated on the West Coast, the NE seaboard and Minnesota.

As in so many historical examples, from the royals of old to Hitler and Pinochet, the fachas begin to turn on each other. Moria, as you state it is up to the opposition to exploit the rift, what do you recommend?

Just read it, so well written. The fact that this dude and people like him living in a liberal democracy are yearning for dictatorship (and believe that they will some how not be eventual victims of said dictator's excesses) shows such hubristic confidence, ugggh.
