Keep making up the rules as you go. The law is black and white. Those are the facts that I posted back to you. I know facts don’t have feelings and that must really bother you (obviously) but they are the facts.

And this kind of attitude is how they keep us divided. They don’t want us to find common ground. If we did, the evil would be in big trouble. Do you think we find it pleasurable to be here? No. We don’t. But we are making the effort to come here and try to find that common ground.

Where exactly did I say that? What you just reposted makes no mention of me saying he was either a democrat or a republican. Quite honestly it really doesn’t matter if he was on the left or the right, it was a terrible thing and he should be punished at the fullest extent. Do not twist my words.

Doesn’t look like that applies to the White House. Section 106 of the NHPA doesn’t apply to the President or the White House Office, because the Executive Office of the President is not an “agency” under the Administrative Procedure Act. • (See 36 CFR Part 800 and 54 U.S.C. § 300320.)

That is actually a good question. Permits aren’t required on property owned and operated by the federal government. I had to go look that one up. Thanks for helping me learn something new!
